Empowering Women

International Women’s Day might have been and gone, but the events I organised for the week have left a lasting impression on myself and my business.

What better way to mark the occasion and the women it celebrates than to hold a trio of events supporting women and their businesses? As an entrepreneur and founder of my own business, I have become aware of the disparity between male and female business owners when creating their start-ups. Often women find it harder to get funding and lack the level of confidence in their business persona that can help them achieve their goals.

My own experience in business and life gives me a strong sense of purpose and motivation to help others be the best they can be and live life achieving their full potential. Therefore, as a speaking consultant and coach, my business has the key weapons to help women gain this all-powerful confidence that can launch their business beyond their goals!

I decided that a great way to use this experience and expertise is to bring people together to provide the opportunity to educate and encourage each other.  I teamed up with a range of businesses and leaders to create the Magnificent Women, Embrace Equity, and Invincible Woman events to celebrate and benefit female entrepreneurs.

While each event was created in its own right with different aims – all three events shared the purpose of highlighting the power women hold in knowing themselves and sharing their ambitions.
